Pamela Guzzo De Sanzzi

Pamela has studied and graduated in Shiatsu, ChiBall and Do-In / Tao Yoga with international teachers. She has a postgraduate degree in physical therapeutics from the University of El Salvador and a Political Science degree from the UBA.

She has developed her own integral training method for wellness and health, based on her studies and researches in Oriental medicine, movement arts, breathing and somatics, as well as various self-knowledge resources.

Pamela always thought that movement was a way to connect with our deepest and most authentic self. Her first contacts with the movement happened through dance.

In 2005, she began studying and practicing shiatsu and do-in, and soon she was already working full-time with these disciplines. She then discovered that by combining the Eastern worldview with various movement arts, somatics and conscious breathing, it is possible to (re)connect with one's emotions harmoniously, live in one's body more comfortably, improve the posture, calm the mind and find balance through new modes of expression and new ways of being in the world.

Moved by a true vocation to seek, learn and share knowledge and resources, since 2009 she has been training and inspiring a large number of people on the path to awareness of the body and the integration body-mind-spirit, developing her pedagogical and therapeutic activities both in Argentina and Switzerland.

In 2013, she spent six months at the "Kientalerhof" training and therapy center (Switzerland) where she studied and practiced meditation, Qi Gong and Do-In. She has also studied yoga, Alexander technique, feldenkrais, esferokinesis, meditation and bioenergetics with internationally renowned teachers.
